- Due to cottage food laws, shipping is only available in Ohio. (We are excited to provide our products locally and look forward to growing and spreading our love of food, gratitude and backyard BBQ nationwide in the future.)
- Recommended 3 item purchase for best shipping value. (This is so the customer takes full advantage of the $10.00 shipping cost.)
- After online purchase please allow us 2 full business days to process your order. Delivery will take 3-5 business days. For a total of 7 business days from purchase to doorstep.

Return Policy
Returns\Exchange - Returns will be accepted for inspection & exchange with authorization. Items must be in their original, unopened condition.
If you need to return an item, please contact customer service at gratefullbbq.com within 30 days of purchase. Please include your order number and reason for return. We will respond with instructions on how to return items from your order.
Refunds - New/unused/unopened merchandise will be accepted for credit up to 30 days after original invoice date. All credits will be applied toward your account. Credit will be applied upon receipt and inspection of the items. Please allow 5 - 10 days for processing by our payment processor and your banking institution.
